Although the company is not listed on the stock exchange, the size of the turnover and the international scope of FM Logistic have led us to set up a robust governance structure. There are as many external directors as family directors. There is also a clear line between the responsibilities of the executive committee and those of the board of directors.
Chairman of the FM Group board of directors
We have the structure of a large international group, combined with the distinctive flexibility of family-owned and independent companies. Our governance model has proven effective during events such as key appointments, major capital expenditure, acquisitions and the recent waves of coronavirus. All governance bodies have performed their roles well. When everyone’s role is clearly defined, decisions are more robust.”
Twelve directors, half of whom are independent and half are family members, determine the direction and future of FM Logistic. This close-knit team has an intimate knowledge of the company and works closely with its executive committee.

FM Foundation
Learn moreAll together for a more inclusive society
FM Foundation was created in 2017, when the FM Group celebrated its 50th anniversary, to enhance its social responsibility activities in order to participate in the dynamism of the territories where it operates, in line with the principles of sustainable development and the corporate values of trust, performance and openness.
FM Foundation’s mission is to support the integration of people in difficulties and to help socially vulnerable or disadvantaged children.
It accompanies and co-builds social innovation projects whose beneficiaries live in the vicinity of FM Group’s existing or future sites, so that these actions have a real local social impact.
The projects supported by FM Foundation are implemented by the company’s employees, encouraging skills sponsorship that enables them to give another meaning to their work in the Group.
